OUR MISSION

WE BELIEVE IN CHANGE

HPC’s team includes members of the community who have an excellent understanding of community, social organizations and human needs, doctors, nurses, medical social workers, and pharmacists. The team’s aim is to provide quality and compassionate care, which includes pain management, and emotional and spiritual support to the patient and to the patient’s family members. Generally, the care is provided in the patients’ homes as we do not have any clinic or hospice care home yet. We provide all the services at free of cost.

In partnership with local healthcare facilities and organizations, the ‘Aastha’ support the development and implementation of a broad range of care initiatives.

The team consists of:

• Medical Doctor
• Nurse
• Medical Social Worker
• Pharmacist
• Physiotherapist

Our Home Care team supports patients who prefer and can still be cared for at home. The team will visit the patients in their homes to ensure they continue to live in comfort. The service is accessible on weekdays. This service is also available for adults and children.
